Fields of Application – Industry
Sanitisation is undeniably a need and a fundamental pre-requisite in industry, both for workers and for safeguarding the end product.
Cleanliness and hygiene are simply the starting point for reducing the presence of micro-organisms potentially pathogenic for human beings. It is definitely necessary to sanitise in order to decrease the microbial load on surfaces and thus avoid contaminations that could prejudice the end product or the health of the workers. For industries, and in particular food-processing and drug-manufacturing industries, in which the premises are obliged to comply with hygiene and health regulations and to regular checks by the authorities, it is fundamental to keep the level of microbial contamination as low as possible and below the legal limits.
The sanitising methods currently used in industry consist almost exclusively of chemical disinfectants. These have several limits. For example, being of chemical origin they may cause problems or harm both to the operator and to the products they come into direct or indirect contact with (drugs, food, food packaging, etc.). Some of these disinfectants are also expensive and/or take time to apply.
The revolutionary Sani System sanitising method - electromedical device for professional use – on the other hand, enables the bacterial, fungal and viral load of the surfaces and fabrics to which it is applied to be lowered very efficiently and rapidly and with absolute safety both for surfaces and for operators.
