Fields of Application – Public Places
In places open to the public, typically with a high degree of people living in a building or passing through it, there are numerous sources of biological contamination that can lead to an increasing risk of infections. Indeed, infectious diseases are transmitted more easily and on an epidemic scale in closed places, above all those where many people live in close contact with one another.
Schools
Since large numbers of individuals gather in school buildings, they are ideal places for spreading epidemics that could cause serious problems for human health. Children spend many hours in close contact with one another in closed rooms, and all this facilitates the circulation of pathogenic micro-organisms from one child to another.
